Until He Calls

I created this video and its music as a quiet reflection on the Book of Job.
It was created for anyone who has struggled, questioned, or felt the weight of silence, and yet continued to hold on. Job’s story is not about easy answers, but about faith that endures through loss, confusion, and waiting.
As the images unfold, they move through struggle and diminishing human scale, gradually lifting the focus away from what can be understood and toward what can only be trusted. God is never shown, and nothing is explained. The light that appears is restrained and unresolved; it remains, even in silence.
At its heart, this piece is about a God who does not abandon, even when He seems absent — and about faith that continues through the silence until He finally calls.
As the Sabbath begins tonight at sunset, I want to offer a blessing to all who seek to enter its rest with intention and faith.
For those who desire to align their hearts with the heavenly temple, remember that the way has already been opened. When Christ overcame death, the veil was torn — not so we might search for new mediators or sacred places, but so we might come boldly and directly to Him. He is our High Priest, ever present in the heavenly sanctuary.
We are not bound to buildings or intermediaries. Wherever two or three gather in His name, He is there. In the quiet of the Sabbath, may you seek Him simply, rest in His presence, and remember that you are never abandoned.
May this Sabbath be a time of renewal, trust, and drawing near.
Peace and Love to all.
